The Emerging Leaders MBA Experience
Loyola University Maryland’s Emerging Leaders MBA (ELMBA) is a full-time, one-year MBA program designed for recent college graduates and early career professionals. Cohorts begin the program each fall and are comprised of diverse individuals with a wide variety of educational and professional backgrounds. In 2019, the ELMBA program was named as a “Top 50 Fastest" MBA program by MBA Central.
Active Learning
Our immersive, experiential curriculum builds upon your strong functional knowledge and critical thinking skills through a variety of real-world experiences including corporate visits, mentoring, and internships. Each semester brings about the opportunity to participate in “First Friday” site visits, leadership and career development workshops, networking, and team building exercises.
Explore Your World
Students participate in domestic and international field studies to explore emerging markets and experience new business climates and cultures firsthand. Past ELMBA students have traveled internationally to Spain, Chile, China, Peru, and Vietnam and domestically to New York City, Washington, D.C., San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Walt Disney World.

Admission and Scholarship Application Process
GMAT/GRE test requirements now waived for the Fall 2020 start term for all ELMBA applicants. The ELMBA program is a highly collaborative, cohort learning experience. Application materials include a resume, personal statement, two letters of recommendations, and official transcript(s). In addition, prospective students will participate in a personal interview with a member of the Sellinger team.
