All members of student clubs and organizations are responsible for reading and following the Loyola University Maryland Posting Policy and Website Policy.
If a student club is found to be in violation of the Posting Policy three times, that group will no longer be permitted to post on campus for the remainder of the school year.
Student clubs and organizations are permitted to utilize digital signage on campus to publicize club/organization-sponsored events. Flyers in .jpg format may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org for approval and posting.
Please remember to include the name of the sponsoring club/organization(s) on all publicity, as well as date, time and location of events.
