The Spring 2023 Logistical Request Form can be accessed here. This form can be used for working groups submitting requests for reimbursements, P-Card budget number changes, cash advances, transportation, and assistance with a different type of request.
Please note that groups should allow approximately 2-3 business days for budget requests, and should submit any transportation requests at least a month in advance of your planned enrichment session. You will receive an email confirmation of your request.
