Be a Mentor

Are you interested in mentoring a student entrepreneur? Or do you have skills that would benefit innovators in Baltimore looking to grow their ventures? The Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship is recruiting mentors for 1-time mentor assignments, as well as ongoing pairings with both students and community members who participate in the CI&E Accelerator and other programs.

Here’s what one mentor had to say about her experience with the CI&E:

“The time commitment was minimal and my student really took initiative so it was not too overwhelming to work into my typical work week schedule. It is always great to get on campus and spend time with young people to see what they are thinking, saying, what technology they are using, etc. I think it is an asset to be able to work with someone from a younger generation to better understand current marketplace trends, and in that sense I would recommend to a friend as well.”
