Career Resource Platforms

Handshake

Loyola is proud to partner with Handshake, the best-in class career services platform for job and internship postings and managing your career journey.

Last year, there were 27,769 job and 9,336 internship opportunities on Handshake.

Loyola Connect

Loyola has partnered with PeopleGrove to develop a custom, Loyola-only career networking platform. Nearly 5,500 students, alumni, and friends of the University are registered and connect around career topics.

Big Interview

Loyola is proud to partner with Big Interview to make their proven, step-by-step system of interview prep and practice available to Loyola students. The platform combines expert video lessons and an interactive interview practice tool to help you compete for the most coveted internships and jobs.

Guide to Networking and Informational Interviews

Establishing and nurturing professional relationships is integral to your career journey, and isn't limited to just gathering business cards for possible job opportunities.

In need of business cards? You can order personalized, Loyola-branded business cards ($6) through The Bridge. Orders take approximately 7-10 business days, and you will be notified when they are ready to pick up at the Rizzo Career Center (shipping is not available at this time).

Building Your Brand Online

Social media can be a powerful tool in showcasing your value to an employer. If you aren't leveraging your online presence to illustrate your passions, goals, and values, you are missing out on a great opportunity to show employers what makes you unique!
