Loyola Career Ambassadors (LCAs)
LCAs are a select group of Loyola students trained in best practices for early career development, providing initial resume reviews, presentations, and other intake services for fellow students. The LCA team is comprised of 12 undergraduate students of varying class years. You pass LCAs as you walk through The Fernandez Center, always dressed in their green Rizzo Career Center gear. You’ll see LCAs as options when scheduling an appointment on Handshake and will often hear them presenting to classes and student groups in our main space. The LCA role is a paid position that hires new student employees every school year!

Creative Assistants (CAs)
The Rizzo Career Center Creative Assistants are comprised of a Social Media Creative Assistant and a Graphic Design Creative Assistant. These part-time paid positions assist our Senior Events & Marketing Specialist to help promote all of our events on several social media platforms and create marketing materials in both digital and printed forms. Creative Assistants have previous experience in social media and graphic design platforms.
