Diploma Requests
You may request a replacement or duplicate diploma at any time. To request a diploma, you are required to send a letter of request that includes your name, current contact information (including phone and email), the year you graduated, and how you would like your name to appear on your diploma. This letter, along with a $10 check made out to Loyola University Maryland, can be sent to:

Duplicate diplomas can take up to four months to receive, depending on the time of year and the volume of requests being received by the Loyola Records Office. For more information, please call the Megan Bottino in the Records Office at 410-617-2504.
